What are dermal fillers?
Dermal fillers are made from a natural substance in the form of a gel which is degraded in the body over time. We aim to provide natural looking results by revitalizing areas which may have lost volume, thus providing a more youthful look. We only use the highest quality dermal fillers and anesthetic to ensure complete patient satisfaction.
You can expect to see immediate results from dermal filler, however swelling occurs with every treatment which needs to be taken into consideration.

Due to legislation we are unable to publicise which products we use, but are happy to have private discussions with potential clients. How long does filler last?
We have different types of filler to suit different applications, depending on your metabolism, and what filler is used and where, these times can vary, for more information you can contact us with enquiries.
How long will the appointment take?
We schedule appointments for half an hour, this gives us enough time for a thorough consultation, time for you to ask questions, and numbing if required and treatment.
Will I bruise?
1 in 20 will bruise, everyone is different, if you bruise easily you could bruise with filler treatment, there are also a few things that can make you more likely to bruise, if possible for up to 2 weeks prior to your appointment cease consumption of green tea and alcohol.
How long will swelling last?
The bulk of the swelling with subside within 24-48 hours and the site will completely settle within 2 weeks. After treatment it is recommended you ice the area, there are also some other things you can do to minimise swelling which you can talk about with your Doctor or Nurse on the day.
Can I exercise after treatment?
You can exercise post filler, although we don’t recommend it as it will make swelling worse, but will not affect the result.
Is there anything I can’t do after treatments?
It is recommended you do not exercise or consume alcohol for 24 hours post treatment.
Will it hurt?
Everyones pain threshold is different, but we make your experience as comfortable as possible, our Nurses and Doctors are highly experienced and attend regular training to keep up to date with the latest skills and techniques.
What numbing agents do you use?
We use a medical grade numbing cream, have a nerve block and the filler itself has a numbing agent in it.
